Every so often, a moment reminds us why we serve the DFW community with such dedication. This season, that moment belonged to Mike Major – a longtime teacher, loyal customer, and the very first winner of our Cowboys VIP Gameday Experience.
Mike first heard about the giveaway after receiving an email from On Time Experts announcing our partnership with the Dallas Cowboys. He needed his annual furnace cleaning and booked it immediately. Since homeowners across DFW rely on us for the most thorough furnace and AC cleanings in the industry, scheduling his service was already an easy choice. Entering the giveaway felt like a long shot, but as Mike put it, it was the perfect “why not.”
He didn’t expect anything to come from it. In his own words: “I have never won anything in my life.”
When we called to tell him he had won, Mike was speechless. His wife laughed and told us that never happens – making the moment all the more memorable. From the moment Mike and his family stepped inside AT&T Stadium, the entire day felt surreal. As the official AC, heating, and plumbing partner of the Dallas Cowboys, we were honored to give them a true behind-the-scenes look at gameday.
