Robert Tompkins did a great job in setting my new thermostat up. Had a few bumps in setting it correctly but he got it done. Gotta love On Time!
They're always there when you need them!
We used on time experts to solve a leak in our AC unit which was leaking onto the floor and surrounding rooms. When I initially called, I was told there was a diagnostic fee but this would be waived if I agreed to use the suggested services from the technician. The first technician provided us with a diagnosis & service suggestions to help solve the issue. We decided to go with one service but not another and we were still charged the diagnostic fee. When I inquired based off what I was told on the phone, the technician said that was up to their discretion & since I didn’t agree to all recommended repairs, I would be charged the fee. That was fine since they solved the issue. However, a month later our floors are flooded again and this time after speaking with a manager, they did waive the diagnostic fee but we were now told the issue was not solved and it was an issue with a different pipe so we would have to receive services to that and charged an additional $250 on top of what we paid initially (around $450). I also asked 2 different employees about the “on time” appointment guarantee (per their website) as the technician was unable to arrive during the scheduled time frame. I was told that this time was just a “place holder” and not guaranteed by one employee & that this guarantee is an old policy by another employee. This guarantee is still listed on their website. I am giving 2 stars because the manager did waive the diagnostic fee the second time (especially since the first time the diagnosis was incorrect) & the second technician was incredibly helpful and tried his best to help us understand the issues going on. I wouldn’t recommend using a company who does not stand behind guarantees such as “on time services” and “making sure issues are solved” which might be true if you’re willing to spend money every time the issue isn’t solved.
Once again, another great experience with these guys!! So glad we chose to use them for our AC needs!! They’re always timely and efficient in keeping your system up and running, no matter the time of day or problem.

I've been a On Time Expert customer for several years. I've always been completely satisfied with the service I received. All of our technicians have been very professional and explained all that needed to be done. Our most recent technician was Barry. He was great as he always has been each visit he's made to our house. I'm very happy being a Front of the Line member. Excellent customer service.
I am so impressed with On Time! Their First Responders program is sincerely appreciated. Collin was able to quickly find the clog in the system and snake it out. He was professional, courteous and personable at all times. On time is my go to for all plumbing issues. With a house that's over 60 years old, there are always plumbing issues (cast iron and concrete pipes. What?!?)
