Bob Dolton founded our company back in 1965. He actually had a heart attack on the job, and finished out the day. He finished the job.

Bob had a whatever it takes attitude. And we at the On Time Experts have continued that legacy. Everyone that works here knows you have to have that mentality tattooed on your heart.

We will do whatever it takes to make our clients happy. Period. You don’t have to ask my permission, just do it. Does that mean we’re going to be taken advantage of sometimes? Sure. But are we going to make a lot of clients really happy? Absolutely.

Recently, we had a client that thought his $600 charge was too much. I forget the exact situation, but he called in not too happy about it. So we gave him his money back. That’s what we do.

We’ve actually removed systems from homes. We’ll go in, and try to make the system work properly, but if the client doesn’t think it’s working for one reason or another, we’ll take it out and give them their money back.

We do it every day. All of our technicians, installers, the people in the office, everybody knows: do whatever it takes to make the client happy. It’s tattooed on our hearts.
