I am a recruiting expert here at the On Time Experts, so it’s my job to interview potential additions to our family.

Of course, we will always make sure someone is qualified. We’ll do a background check and drug test, which will continue throughout employment. But our interview process itself is different than most. We are looking for someone that has the same beliefs as us, who puts the customer’s needs first.

First and foremost, I want to get to you know. Where are you from? What do you do for fun? Once we get a relationship started, then I can ask you some tougher questions. We’re real people and we’re searching for the same.

The biggest thing I look for is someone who puts the client first. We treat our customers and each other like family, so we want to add someone to the team who does that as well.
