We’ve been at this a long time, and I’ve personally worked in just about every facet of the company along the way.

A man named Bob Dolton started the company in 1965, and when it was sold in 1981, it became Unique Indoor Comfort. In 2003, we joined a national franchise. We became the On Time Experts in 2014.

As for me, I came along in 1986 and started out as a parts runner and helper. I worked in the office, dispatched calls, ran sales calls, and worked my way up. In 1988, I became the service manager. And in 1995, I became the president of the company.

I bought the company in 2012 and we’ve more than doubled business since that time. I think my experience working in every area of the company has helped me become a better leader for my team.

I know what it’s like when a technician or installer is on the job until midnight. I understand the difficulties of the customer service person that has to answer a call from a client with a major concern. Heck, I was on-call, after hours for a year straight, when I was a service manager. So I get it.

We’ve come a long way in our history as a company and hopefully, we’ll continue to grow for another few decades.
