You can’t fix what you don’t know, right? Communication with a client is key to finding the right solution.

We’re going to start by asking some questions. How old is the home and the equipment? The more the homeowner is involved, the easier it is to find the best fix.

Asking a lot of questions will help us find an appropriate solution and prevent anything from breaking down in the future. The more participation we get from the client, the better.
