Time Off

I believe ample time off makes you a happier person and a better team member. If someone needs to take time off for a family function, because they have a sick kid, or simply because they need a vacation, I want them to do that. You spend enough hours working every day, and there comes a time when you just need a break.

Team Recognition

Every month, we have a meeting where we recognize the top performers. They’ll get plaques, money, or a chance to spin the wheel for a prize. We’ve given away big-screen TVs, golf outings, and pretty soon we’re going on a cruise that was part of a contest. We do what we can to recognize all the hard work our team puts in every month.

Compensation and Bonuses

In addition to regular pay, we have bonuses that allow you to make more if you hit certain criteria. For example, if a team member sells a Front of the Line Family Membership, he gets rewarded. And every year, on the renewal of that membership, he gets another kick.
