First and foremost, we’re want to make our clients happy. We consider the “whatever it takes” mentality to be our core value. We go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

If that means giving a customer all his money back, that’s what we’re going to do. It’s even in our name: if we’re not on time, you don’t pay a dime. It happened just a few weeks ago. We messed up, so that $300 repair was absolutely free.

We’ve washed dishes, mowed yards, and picked up the newspaper. We’ve even taken down Christmas trees! We want our customers to know they’re family and we love them.

We also keep that “whatever it takes” attitude when it comes to working with our internal customers, our team. If our employees aren’t happy, they won’t perform as well for you. Everybody has personal problems at times, and we understand that. If they need time off or a little help, we’re here for them. That’s what you do for your family.
