Family Functions At The On Time Experts

We’re really intentional about building relationships with our team members’ families. We consider them our own.

Each summer, we do a before and after gathering for our employees and their family members. It’s a time to get together and get to know one another. Sometimes we rent out space at a bowling alley, or we might meet at the park. Whatever it is, the goal is to build relationships.

This summer, we’re renting a pavilion at a park and we’re going to grill out, play games, go fishing, and just have some fun.

We also strive to recognize children and spouses’ birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestone occasions every month. Maybe it’s a birthday card signed by the entire company, or a t-shirt for a kid – just something to show we care.
