3 Ways We Treat Your Home Like Our Own

We teach and train our technicians that we want to leave your home cleaner than we found it. Here are three ways we do that.
- Floor coversWhen our technicians show up, they’re going to make sure they have floor covers on their shoes. We’re outside and in backyards with dogs and dirt, and the last thing we want to do is take the chance of dragging something in and staining or damaging your floor. So that’s number one.
- Drop ClothsIf you have pull-down stairs for your attic, we’re going to lay a drop cloth under the stairway. That way when we pull it down, there’s no insulation or dust that’s going to get on your floor. It’s going to be on our drop cloth. If your inside unit happens to be in a closet, we’re going to do the exact same thing. We’ll lay the drop cloth in front of the closet door and put our tools on that, so we don’t scratch your floor.
- Rubber GlovesWe use rubber gloves when we’re touching your thermostat, in case our hands are greasy.
- If We Break It, We Buy ItIt’s always best to move knick-knacks or furniture from around your unit, whether that’s in the attic or in a closet. If you clear a path for our guys to get to your system, that eliminates the risk of us moving it and something breaking. Of course, if we break something, we buy it!
