Absolute worst experience ever. Service technician a lied to, tried to scam me, and even had the nerve to tell me "stop asking me so many questions I'm the professional why did you even call me".
Want to charge me $3800.00 for what I got fixed for $650.00. Because it was covered under warranty.
If you call them you better get a second opinion!!!! They will lie to your face.
Adrian Marquez was my contractor today. He was patient, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before he left!! I was very pleased. He even checked my warranty info on my units! I recommend him for future service!
I've been using On Time Experts for a/c maintenance since I bought my house in May of 2015 and plumbing once they added that service . The technicians and office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, making honest recommendations and not pushing to sell something. They let me carry over the warranty from the last owner who installed the system and have been out twice with no charge. I also really like paying 15$ a month on auto-draft for my two yearly services and being called to schedule them, instead of paying two lump sums and forgetting when to schedule. Having owned a home and condo previously and having dealt with both good and bad people and companies, I can't recommend On Time Experts enough!
I have had probably five On Time Experts employees at my house over the past 4 days (and evenings) for various reasons. They come when I need them. Each one was professional, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Yes, their prices are a bit higher than some lesser/ less professional companies, or of course higher than do-it-yourselfers, but compared to the myriad nightmarish "professional" companies we all have to deal with in this world, frankly, my time and peace of mind- the trust factor- (which is an elusive quality) is worth the extra cost. Their employees are treated well and relationships matter: I've been a teacher for 23 years; I know. I recommend this company highly for the above- mentioned reasons. �

BTW, I would strongly recommend you have a less challenging review process, something more like Uber. That would be fantastic!
Barry Mahan came out to perform a routine 6-month service check on our HVAC unit and check for the cause of some vibrations. He did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He was very polite and professional. On Time Experts has been great about getting someone out quickly to service or assess our HVAC system any time we've called. We really appreciate that about this company.
Barry was excellent with regard to up dating as it relates to both units (air and heat) and answered any other questions that I had.
Barry was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend his service.
Barry and Fabian did a great job on a much needed air duct cleaning. They left the house in great condition and the dogs got lots of love too!

I have had really good help and response from On Time Experts. K.B. and others have been clear and helpful in coming out and working on the unit. I may not like the price of the filters that are specialized for my unit but I've seen the results of what was going on before I had them use the special UV light and etc. Yes, they ask to do upgrades on the system, but it's my choice if I want an upgrade when they come out- that's just the nature of the beast. I've had really good experiences and they've saved me multiple times from having to do more expensive fixes down the line.
We pay to be 'members', which apparently has little to no value.
We do get 2 inspections (allegedly to check our heating system & cooling system before the respective seasons - however checking the heating system in mid january, and the cooling system in mid July would appear to be a massive failure to accomplish this simple scheduling task.)
And, every time a technician visits they want another several hundred dollars for something that's not included.
On the latest visit the technician replaced a failed capacitor - to be fair if it failed it needed to be replaced.
This replacement cost me $176 in labor cost (discounted from $202, because I am a member.)
So, this 15 minute job to replace the capacitor cost $202 - by my math that's over $800 per hour for labor.
I doubt the technician is getting anywhere close to that pay rate.
Even if they charged an excessive $200 per hour, this job would have cost me about $50 (discounted to under $40), but much more reasonable.
But, there is another factor - I am paying about $35 per month to be a 'member'.
The AC unit in question was installed in 2012 - So, I have paid at least 60 x $35 = $2100 over the past 5 years (and I was a member before that).
So the question here is what have I received for my spend of over $2,000?
Two inspections per year that cost a few hundred dollars per visit?
OnTime Experts certainly appears to be a ripoff of epic proportions,
Barry was great. He checked out my AC unit thoroughly, explained his findings, related the charges for addressing a few problems and corrected the problems in one visit. He was friendly, competent and efficient. I'm very satisfied with his service.
We called for an estimate for one hour of plumbing... minor leak
My husband is a master plumber so he knows how to fix it and knows if he could do this job it would take less than one hour ... replacing approximately 12 inches of pipe... visible and simple job.
However he is currently nursing a bad shoulder and is having shoulder replacement next week otherwise he would have completely the job himself
We were told by the receptionist that answered the phone ... exactly what the problem was and what is needed to repair the leak...
They quoted $ 89.00 for showing up
$200.00 for going into the crawl space 2 feet from the opening...
the plumber crawls out and says it will cost $2400.00
We were in shock and couldn’t believe that insanity...
Do not EVER USE THEM
THEY ARE LIARS...
we sent them away and found a very reasonable price from a private licensed plumber

On Time Experts is a great company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I can't say enough good things about it. The techs that are sent out are always knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. Adrian and Andrew in particular were very helpful recently when they came to my house. They found my problem quickly and made sure I understood what it would take to fix it. Even though I'm sure they were hot and miserable in my attic, they kept a wonderful sense of humor. This is indeed a remarkable company with a very well-trained and extremely good work staff.
I have used this company for a long time, they where late on their appointment time, and they backed their word & gave me the job on our furnace for free! They are awesome. I am recommending them highly, the do a great job.
Albert Rodriquez arrived in the four hour window I was given to expect him. He was clean, polite, and personable. He did a complete diagnostics of my A/C system and allowed me to tag along. He explained everything he was doing. I feel he went above and beyond because after he fixed my A/C he stayed to make sure it would not freeze up again and checked issues I had notice in my attic. I feel he was up front and honest about all the issues he saw could happen. He gave me information on all of On Time Experts services. I will call this company again if I have any issues and I am seriously considering going on their VIP service plan. I have already shared my great experience with friends.
Have used On Time Experts for nearly 3 years and the service is world class! As always, the customer service department is responsive and flexible! The reps are respectful and professional! Today, my rep, Fabian, was excellent! He was mindful of my home, worked very clean, took his time to review my furnace and A/C and was a true professional! Keep up the good work! J Mc
